Code of Conduct

A QUICK NOTE BEFORE YOU READ

Our goal is simple: make fun, safe, and welcoming games for everyone who plays them. This Code of Conduct explains what we expect from players when using our games, communities, and support channels (“Services”).

If you’re kind, play fair, and respect others, you’ll fit right in.

1. WHO THIS APPLIES TO

This Code of Conduct applies to all Almace Interactive games, apps, websites, community spaces (if any), and any communication channels we operate, including customer support.

2. RESPECT OTHERS

We want our games to be safe and inclusive. Please treat other players and our team with respect.

  • No harassment or hate: Do not harass, threaten, bully, or abuse others. Do not use hateful or discriminatory language (including based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality).
  • No sexual content involving minors: Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be escalated to the appropriate authorities.
  • No doxxing or privacy violations: Do not share anyone’s personal information (yours or others’) such as phone numbers, addresses, private photos, IDs, or account credentials.
  • No harmful content: Do not post or share content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.

You are responsible for anything you send, upload, or make available through our Services.

3. PLAY FAIR

Fair play is essential. Cheating ruins the experience for everyone.

  • No cheating: Do not use third-party software, bots, scripts, cheats, exploits, or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage.
  • No exploiting bugs: If you find a bug, please report it. Don’t use it to gain advantages, disrupt gameplay, or harm others.
  • No impersonation: Do not pretend to be another player, a staff member, or a brand.
  • No fraud: Do not attempt fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or any other misuse of payment systems.

4. KEEP IT FAMILY-FRIENDLY

Many of our games are designed for broad audiences. Please keep communication appropriate.

  • No obscene content: Do not share pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise explicit content.
  • Be mindful: Even “jokes” can hurt. If something would make a family uncomfortable, don’t post it.

5. STAY COMPLIANT

You must comply with all applicable laws and respect rights when using our Services.

  • Follow the law: If you cannot legally use our Services in your location, you must stop using them.
  • Respect intellectual property: Don’t upload or share content that you don’t have the right to share (including copyrighted music, videos, artwork, or game assets).
  • No illegal trade: Do not use our Services to buy/sell accounts, virtual items, or services in a way that violates our Terms or local law.

6. REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT

6.1 How to Report

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code, please report it to us:

If our game includes in-app reporting tools, you can also report directly from within the game.

6.2 What We May Do

We may take action if we believe a rule has been broken, including (depending on severity):

  • Removing or restricting content
  • Issuing warnings
  • Temporarily suspending accounts or features
  • Permanently banning accounts
  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required or appropriate

We’ll apply these measures fairly and proportionately. This Code is not exhaustive, and we may act against behavior that undermines safety or integrity even if not explicitly listed here.
